What if the item I want is sold out? We try very hard to insure that all items available for purchase through our website are in stock. In the event we are out of a particular item we will contact the customer within 24 hours and give them the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund. Or offer them the opportunity to back-order the item and have it shipped to them once it is back in stock. We do not offer back orders except in this instance.

How much will shipping cost? Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and are calculated automatically during checkout.

Where is my order? Every order that we ship has an order ID that can be used to track down a delinquent package. For UPS shipments, you will receive a UPS tracking number when the order ships. Then you can go to the www.ups.com and input the tracking number to check the status of your package and slo find it's expected delivery date. If you are concerned that a package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please feel free to contact us and we will use the delivery confirmation number provided to us to help locate the item.

What if something is damaged or defective when it arrives? Please examine your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away to report any broken or defective items. If an item is damaged during shipment or defective on arrival, save all packaging and contact us immediately to have it replaced free of charge.

Can I return something? If within 14 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a complete refund minus any applicable shipping charges. Provided that the product is in brand new, unused, and salable condition. Any returns not meeting these criteria, or that are beyond 14 days may be subject to additional restocking fees. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Do not return an item without prior authorizaiton.
